Aug., Sept., and October is salmon time on the South Coast of Oregon. The Umpqua is coming into prime time a bit earlier than past years. History has shown, if it starts strong, a good run typically follows. July 19th provided us with a 43", 38Lb. dandy. The next day we followed that up with a 21 Lb and 23Lb. pair of beauties. This is a little early to see this kind of action. Let's keep it going! See you on the water...............Bob
